Which ERPs have built-in credit card feeds?

Of the 88 core ERPs Vergo integrates with, 35 document built-in credit card feeds, among them PeopleSoft, QuickBooks Online, Oracle E-Business Suite and Xero. Another 31 cover it only in part (including JD Edwards, Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations); 3 do not include it and 19 do not document it publicly. Check the one-line detail for edition or add-on limits before you budget. Vergo works with any card from any bank and posts coded spend into each of them.

What built-in credit card feeds means

A credit card feed brings company card transactions into the ERP automatically, so each purchase arrives as a line to code and reconcile instead of a statement someone keys in. Feeds differ in how they connect: a live bank or aggregator connection, a feed from one specific card issuer, or a scheduled file import. A “Partly” below usually means a file import rather than a live feed, a feed limited to certain issuers or regions, or a feed that brings in the charge without the receipt.

It matters when you budget because the feed decides how much manual work sits between a card swipe and a coded entry. If the ERP only takes statement files, or only feeds one issuer’s cards, the cost shows up as staff time at month-end or as an add-on to cover the cards the ERP cannot see.

Credit card feeds by ERP

Sorted Yes, then Partly, then No, then not publicly documented, and by name within each group. Each ERP links to its full AP and expense feature breakdown.

ERPBuilt-in card feeds? What the documentation shows
Accounting SeedYesBank Direct Connect supports credit card accounts, recording card purchases as credits to the card liability and card payments as debits; Accounting Seed also describes uploading monthly card transactions as an itemized payable to the card vendor.
AcumaticaYesBank Feeds import American Express corporate card transactions via the GL1025 file format (file-based) and card accounts via the Plaid/MX feed; downloaded card transactions can become expense receipts marked Paid With Corporate Card and be sent for approval.
Acumatica Construction EditionYesCard-provider accounts connect through Bank Feeds (Plaid/MX), and American Express corporate card files are supported in AMEX GL1025 format (file-based).
AplosYesCredit card accounts can be connected through the same Plaid Bank Integration and mapped to a register.
BQE COREYesCredit card accounts are handled in the Accounting module through Cloud Feeds and credit card reconciliation, and expense entries can be linked to a credit card account (Add Credit Card Expenses).
BuildiumYesThe Credit Card ledger (Accounting > Banking > Credit Cards) tracks corporate card purchases and can be linked to a card issuer through the same Yodlee-based Bank Feed (Bank Feed Rules are not available for the credit card feed).
CMiCYesThe Imaging module imports card and expense transactions from Comdata, Corpay or Concur (a comma-delimited data file plus a ZIP of images) and creates AP invoices with the images linked.
Deltek AjeraYesAjera has a dedicated credit card import: transactions downloaded from the card issuer are imported by file (not a live feed) and can be pulled onto expense reports or into the bank register, including other employees' cards subject to role permissions.
Deltek WorkBookYesPersonal Expense Credit Card Import loads corporate card transaction files (file-based, not a live feed) so transactions can be mapped to jobs; specific issuers and formats are not named in the page we reviewed.
DoorLoopYesA credit card set up as a Liability > Credit Card account can be connected through Plaid for transaction import and matching.
Financial Edge NXTYesCredit Card Feeds, under Treasury > Credit card accounts, pull card transactions in through Yodlee at no extra cost, and invoices can be created from the fed charges.
FreeAgentYesA business credit card is set up as a Credit Card Account and can use a credit card bank feed.
FreshBooksYesCredit card accounts connect through the same Plaid/Yodlee bank connections, which support most major credit card accounts, and card spending imports as expenses.
Gravity SoftwareYesBank Book handles credit card activity alongside bank accounts, and the FAQ says most corporate card providers connect through Plaid.
HoldedYesCredit cards can be added as card-type accounts that sync through the bank connection (American Express is in the supported list); debit cards don't sync and need a statement import.
IFS CloudYesExpense Administration imports employee credit card transactions sent from the banks and shows them on the expense sheet's Credit Card tab for reconciliation.
KashFlowYesEach credit card is set up as its own bank account. The Open Banking feed list includes card issuers such as Amex, Barclaycard, Capital One, MBNA and Vanquis, so card transactions can feed in directly; CSV import covers issuers without a feed.
KashooYesCredit card accounts can be connected through the same bank connection flow and their transactions imported.
MYOBYesCredit cards connect through the same bank feed service as bank accounts ('connecting a bank account or credit card to MYOB'), feeding into a credit-card liability account.
OdooYesAccounting has a dedicated credit card journal type whose Bank Feeds setting creates card transactions either manually or via Online Synchronization, the same bank synchronization service (Enterprise).
Oracle E-Business SuiteYesInternet Expenses/Payables ships transaction loaders for MasterCard CDF/CDF3, American Express, Visa VCF4, US Bank Visa, Bank of America Visa and Diners Club files into AP_CREDIT_CARD_TRXNS_ALL.
PennylaneYesPennylane issues its own physical and virtual Mastercard company cards, and receipts are attached to those transactions.
PeopleSoftYesPeopleSoft Expenses ships card-data interfaces for five card suppliers, with named American Express (GL/KR 1025 and 1015), Visa and MasterCard (MC3.0) formats.
PuzzleYesCredit cards connect through the same Plaid feed (12,000+ banks and cards), and Brex and Ramp card transactions sync directly with category, class, custom field and receipt data.
QuickBooks DesktopYesThe same Bank Feeds feature connects credit card accounts, by Direct Connect or a Web Connect .QBO file from the card issuer's website.
QuickBooks Desktop EnterpriseYesBank Feeds also connects credit card accounts, so card transactions come in by Direct Connect or Web Connect when the card issuer supports it.
QuickBooks OnlineYesCredit card accounts connect through the same bank-connection flow as bank accounts, and card transactions download into the Bank transactions tab for review and categorisation.
SaasuYesSaasu's bank feed help says bank and credit card data is downloaded automatically through the same direct, open-banking and Yodlee feeds, subject to the card issuer being supported and the AUD-only limit.
Sage Business Cloud AccountingYesYou set up a credit card as a bank account in Sage Accounting and connect it to a bank feed if the card issuer supports one.
SoftLedgerYesCredit card accounts connect through the same Plaid flow (Add Bank/CC) and import as bank transactions to code.
StrivenYesCredit card accounts connect through the same Yodlee Online Banking feed, and outgoing transactions post as Credit Card Charges linked to the card's GL account.
Trimble TruckMateYesThe Fuel Card module imports fuel card vendor data, as vendor files or real-time interactive integrations, and the Pro bundle includes up to 2 certified fuel card integrations.
XeroYesCredit card accounts are added and fed the same way as bank accounts (direct feeds, Yodlee or statement import); American Express is among the listed direct-connection institutions and has its own direct-feed setup article.
XledgerYesThe Expenses solution includes card feeds alongside mobile receipts and automated coding to dimensions and projects.
Zoho BooksYesCredit card accounts are added and connected through the same third-party feed providers as bank accounts, and card statements can be imported or auto-forwarded.
ActionstepPartlyCredit cards can be set up as accounts on the Banking page and reconciled like bank accounts (statement file upload); no corporate card feed or Amex/Visa/Mastercard connection is documented.
AderantPartlyExpert Expense Management includes a credit card import and firm-paid credit card distribution and reconciliation. However, public Aderant material doesn't name any issuer file format (such as Amex GL1025, Visa VCF or Mastercard CDF) or a live feed, so this is partial until the import format is confirmed in myAderant docs.
AkauntingPartlyCredit card accounts are a supported account type, and MT940/OFX statement files can be imported into a selected account. However, the Bank Feeds app pages do not say whether card accounts can be connected, and no Amex/Visa/Mastercard feed is documented.
Business CentralPartlyIn the Expense Management preview, company-card spend is recorded on expenses with a Credit Card payment method (not reimbursed), and card accounts would otherwise go through the general bank statement import and reconciliation tools. However, Microsoft's docs describe no dedicated corporate card transaction feed or card-issuer file import.
CampfirePartlyCard spend arrives through Ramp and Brex integrations (transactions with GL codes, departments and receipts), and Campfire can sync bills to Ramp. However, Campfire has no card product of its own.
Clear BooksPartlyCredit card accounts can be kept as bank-type accounts in Money > Bank accounts (opening balances can be negative for cards), and transactions can be brought in by statement import. However, the bank-feed guide does not say whether Plaid feeds cover credit card accounts, and no card-network feed is documented.
DolibarrPartlyAccounts can be set up as a 'current or credit card account' in the Banks module, but card transactions are entered manually or brought in through the same third-party CSV statement-import add-ons; no native card feed is documented.
Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsPartlyExpense management imports corporate card transactions through the Credit card transactions data entity.
ERPNextPartlyA company Bank Account can be flagged 'Is Credit Card', and its transactions come in through the generic statement import, Data Import/API or a bank integration. However, there is no documented card-issuer feed, and the docs don't say whether Plaid covers card accounts.
Exact OnlinePartlyAn automatic credit card data feed, with card lines matched to receipts, is documented for Exact Expense Management (Exact SRXP). However, we found no card feed documented inside core Exact Online.
FortnoxPartlyFortnox's own Visa company card (Fortnox Företagskort) feeds purchases natively, with receipt interpretation suggesting the coding and optional approval flows. However, we found no feed documented for cards from other issuers.
Foundation SoftwarePartlyThe core ledger supports credit card GL accounts with reconciliation, and AP invoices can be paid by credit card, but no import of existing card statements was found. However, card transactions flow in automatically only for cards issued through FOUNDATION Pay Corporate Card, a separate expense and payment product that pushes coded transactions into FOUNDATION.
Infor LNPartlyNo card feed is documented in LN itself; corporate card feeds are part of Infor Expense Management, a separately sold Infor product that integrates with LN's expense reports.
Infor SyteLinePartlyTravel and purchasing card feeds are available through the separately licensed Infor Expense Management add-on, which sends expense reports to SyteLine as BODs. However, core SyteLine has no card feed: its documented process for card-paid vendor purchases sets the card up as a bank code with a clearing account and records a manual voucher to the card vendor.
iplicitPartlyExpense Manager logs credit card expenses against the credit card bank account for reconciliation.
JD EdwardsPartlyExpense Management has a Credit Card Transaction Interface Table (F09E150) so card charges can be applied to expense reports, but Oracle states the table is populated by a custom program. However, no delivered issuer feed, and no Amex, Visa or Mastercard format is documented.
Jiwa FinancialsPartlyThe Xero-based Bank Feed plugin can map credit card accounts (identified by the last 4 digits of the card) into Cash Book batches, and Bank Reconciliation handles both bank and credit card statements. However, there's no dedicated card-issuer feed, and a plugin-store option imports journal lines from CSV, which Jiwa suggests for credit card journals.
Manager.ioPartlyCredit cards are set up as bank/cash accounts (typically under a liability control account) and fed by statement file import or an FDX bank feed provider where one exists; there is no dedicated card feed or network-specific connection.
MoneyWorksPartlyA credit card can be set up as a 'Credit Card' type bank account (or as a creditor), so card spend is recorded like bank transactions. However, the docs do not say whether card accounts can connect to Bank Feeds; card statement files would go through the standard bank statement import.
NolaProPartlyCredit Card Purchase pages record card spend, with a CSV import of card purchases that includes cost code and GL category columns.
QuickFilePartlyCredit cards are set up as a Credit Card Account (a bank-account type). Feeds are available for American Express (direct feed, daily, 90-day re-consent) and card providers on the Open Banking list such as Barclaycard and Capital One, but they need the £15 + VAT per year feed subscription; otherwise card statements are imported from CSV.
RilletPartlyCard transactions reach the GL through bank-reconciliation connections or native spend-platform integrations (Ramp, Brex, Expensify and others), which sync card swipes, bills and reimbursements. However, Rillet has no card program or dedicated card feed of its own.
Sage 200PartlyA credit card is set up as a Cash Book bank account (sort code 00-00-00) and reconciled like a bank account. However, the docs don't say whether Sage bank feeds supports card accounts, and there's no dedicated card-issuer transaction import.
SpirePartlyThe same OFX/QFX reconciliation import works for credit card accounts ('the most common use is for banks and credit cards').
TrytonPartlyThere is no card-specific feed or issuer loader upstream. Card activity can only come in through the generic statement import formats (OFX, MT940, CAMT) if the issuer provides them.
Unit4PartlyUnit4 Travel & Expenses, a separately licensed Unit4 T&E product, ingests credit card transactions from external sources and automatically matches them to expenses created from receipts. However, no native corporate card feed is documented for the ERPx core financials.
Viewpoint SpectrumPartlyCard purchases are recorded in AP (Manual Credit Card Payment Entry, credit card flag and card number on POs; needs the Cash Management module). However, no card feed or card statement import is documented.
Viewpoint VistaPartlyIn Viewpoint HR Management for Vista (Expenses), an Expense Admin imports credit card transactions from a CSV template (date, employee number, last four digits, vendor, AP company).
WiisePartlyIn Australia, credit card accounts can be fed into Wiise through the ACSISS open-banking (CDR) connection; direct bank feeds support transaction accounts only. However, no NZ card-feed detail or commercial-card network feed (Amex/Visa/Mastercard) is documented, and the Expense Agent does not yet create expenses from card transactions (on its roadmap).
WorkbenchPartlyWorkbench's expense claims have options to link to company credit cards for tracking and reconciliation. However, the vendor pages don't say how card transactions get in (live feed or file).
xTuplePartlyThe credit card configuration screen covers taking customer card payments through gateways such as Authorize.Net, not company card spend. However, no card feed or card-issuer statement loader is documented. xTuple's knowledge base has you set up the company card as a bank account posting to a liability account, pay vouchers from it and clear the monthly bill with a miscellaneous voucher to the issuer, all by hand.
MRPeasyNoNo card feed or card statement import exists. Bank communications are outside Standard Accounting's scope, so card spend has to be recorded manually or handled in the connected Xero or QuickBooks Online ledger.
PropertywareNoNo card transaction feed or card statement import is documented. Support docs show card activity handled manually: bills are paid from a Credit Card Account in Bill Pay, and payments to the card company are entered as a bill or journal entry.
TASSNoNo card transaction import is described. Based on a review of the docs, credit card payments are entered manually as Cash Book Journals, with the scanned card statement PDF attached.

How to read this comparison

  • Yes: the vendor’s public documentation describes the feature as part of the product.
  • Partly: the feature exists with a documented limit — an edition or add-on, a file import rather than a live connection, or a step that is missing.
  • No: the documentation describes no such feature, or points to partners for it.
  • Not publicly documented: the public documentation does not settle it either way, often because the help site needs a customer login.

Where Vergo fits

Vergo is expense and AP automation built around the ERP you already run. It integrates with every ERP in the table and posts coded card spend into it, and it works with any card from any bank — connecting your existing cards involves no card applications, no re-issuing and no banking change.

Where the ERP’s own feed covers only some issuers, or only takes statement files, Vergo covers every card in the program whichever bank issued it. Transactions are ready to code the moment they happen — no waiting for clearing — and once they clear, they sync into your accounting or ERP software. Vergo proposes the coding by inference from your own accounting structure and history — no rule library to build, no keyword lists to maintain, and new vendors are coded on first sight. Every coding shows why it was chosen, so a reviewer confirms in seconds instead of re-coding by hand.

Vergo never issues cards and never pays anyone: payment stays in your ERP or your bank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which ERPs include credit card feeds as standard?

35 of the 88 core ERPs in this comparison document built-in credit card feeds, among them PeopleSoft, QuickBooks Online, Oracle E-Business Suite and Xero. Some tie it to a specific edition or plan; the one-line detail notes it where the documentation says so.

What does “Partly” mean in this table?

The feature exists but with a limit the documentation states: it needs a higher edition or a paid add-on, it works through file imports rather than a live connection, or it covers only part of the process. Read the one-line detail for the specific limit.

Does Vergo replace my ERP’s credit card feeds?

No. Your ERP stays your ledger. Vergo integrates with it and posts coded card spend into it, whichever of these features the ERP has built in.

Does Vergo issue cards or pay anyone?

No. Vergo never issues cards and never moves money. It works with any card from any bank, and payment stays in your ERP or your bank.

How current is this comparison?

Each answer was checked against the vendor’s public documentation on September 30, 2026. Vendors change editions and add-ons often, so confirm the detail for your plan with the vendor.
