Does Vergo integrate with xTuple?
Yes. Vergo connects to xTuple's public REST API and posts coded spend as vouchers, posted vouchers and voucher payments, creating vendor records where needed.
Can Vergo handle supplier invoices as well as card spend in xTuple?
Yes. Invoices are captured, coded and approved in Vergo and post through voucher/create and voucher/post; card spend follows the same path coded to account and project.
What data syncs between Vergo and xTuple?
Vergo reads glaccount, gltransactions and project, and writes voucher/create, voucher/post, voucher/payment and vendor/create records.
How long does the xTuple connection take to set up?
The API is public and self-serve, so setup is minutes against your instance with no approval step.
Does xTuple have built-in expense management?
xTuple has no dedicated expense-report object — claims are recorded as vouchers against an employee set up as a vendor. Vergo automates the capture, coding and approval before that voucher posts.
