Does Vergo integrate with UKG Ready?
Yes. Vergo connects to the UKG Ready REST API and posts approved employee reimbursements as pay statement inputs. API access is enabled once from inside your UKG Ready account.
Can employees be reimbursed through UKG Ready payroll?
Yes. Approved out-of-pocket claims are posted to the employee's pay statement on the reimbursement pay type you already use, so they pay out in the regular run.
What data syncs between Vergo and UKG Ready?
Vergo reads PayTypes and AdditionalCompensation to map reimbursement types, then posts PayStatements inputs against the relevant Payrolls record. Nothing else in the employee record is touched.
How long does the UKG Ready connection take to set up?
One administrator creates API credentials in your UKG Ready instance, then reimbursement types are mapped to pay types. It is a short configuration, not an implementation project.
Does UKG Ready have built-in reimbursement handling?
UKG Ready can pay reimbursement earning types, but the claim, receipt, and approval still happen outside it. Vergo handles capture, coding, and approval, then hands the finished amount to the pay run.
