Does Vergo integrate with PayFit?
Yes. Vergo reads Collaborators, Contracts and Absences through the PayFit API to match claims and route approvals, and generates approved reimbursements in the import format PayFit expects.
Can Vergo push reimbursements directly into PayFit payroll?
No. PayFit documents no expense, reimbursement or variable pay element endpoint, so Vergo does not write into the payroll ledger. Approved claims arrive as a per-pay-period import instead.
What data does Vergo read from PayFit?
Collaborators for employee matching, Contracts for employment detail and cost allocation, and Absences so approvals are not left waiting on a manager who is away.
What does setup require from us?
An administrator enables API access from inside your PayFit account and authorises Vergo. Vergo handles configuration, matching and coding from there; PayFit is hosted, so nothing is installed.
Does PayFit have built-in expense management?
PayFit can pay reimbursements through payroll, but it does not collect receipts at the point of spend or route an approval chain, and its API exposes no expense endpoint. Vergo covers that front end.
