Does Vergo integrate with Paycircle?
Yes. Vergo connects through the Paycircle REST API, reads TeamMembers and PayrollPeriods to match and batch claims, and posts approved reimbursements through the Paycircle importer.
Can Vergo post employee reimbursements into Paycircle?
Yes, through the importer POST, batched to the payroll period. Paycircle's endpoint list is served through an APIM portal, so Vergo describes the importer mechanism rather than naming an unverified object.
What Paycircle objects does Vergo use?
Companies, TeamMembers, PayrollPeriods, Payments and the importer POST, plus webhooks to keep employee records current between runs.
What does setup require from us?
Request API credentials from your Paycircle account manager. Vergo configures the connection, employee matching, cost-centre coding and approval rules from there.
Does Paycircle have built-in expense management?
Paycircle pays reimbursements through the payroll period, but it does not collect receipts at the point of spend or route an approval chain. Vergo covers that front end.
