Does Vergo integrate with Namely?
Yes. Vergo reads Profiles, Reports and TimeOff through Namely's public API to match claims to employees, and generates approved reimbursements in the import format Namely Payroll expects.
Can Vergo push reimbursements directly into Namely Payroll?
No. Namely's public API is HRIS-scoped, with no public pay-run or reimbursement endpoint, so Vergo does not write into the payroll ledger. It produces a per-pay-period import file instead.
What data does Vergo read from Namely?
Profiles, Reports and TimeOff. Profiles drives employee matching, department coding and approval routing, so leavers drop off the reimbursement list without anyone maintaining it.
What does setup require from us?
An administrator enables API access from inside your Namely account and authorises Vergo. Vergo handles configuration, employee matching and coding from there. Namely is hosted, so nothing is installed.
Does Namely have built-in expense management?
Namely can pay reimbursements through payroll, but it does not collect receipts at the point of spend or route an approval chain. Vergo covers that front end and hands payroll a reviewed import.
