Does Vergo integrate with InTempo Enterprise?
Yes. Vergo connects to InTempo's Web Services layer to read your account and department structure, and generates coded entries in the import format InTempo Enterprise expects. Vergo does not write into the ledger.
Can Vergo handle supplier invoices as well as card spend for InTempo Enterprise?
Yes. Card spend, employee reimbursements, and supplier invoices all run through one coding model, and all three arrive in the same import-ready output.
What data syncs between Vergo and InTempo Enterprise?
Vergo reads your account structure and department and job coding. Coded transactions come back as entries in InTempo's import format, brought in through InTempo's normal import routine rather than written directly.
How long does the InTempo Enterprise connection take to set up?
It depends on whether the paid Web Services add-on is already licensed. Once it is enabled and IT has granted access, connecting and reading your structure takes a single session.
Does InTempo Enterprise have built-in expense management?
InTempo covers AP and job costing for rental and dealer operations, but day-to-day card spend still has to be coded by hand. Vergo does the coding, receipt capture, and approval before the entry reaches InTempo.
