Does Vergo integrate with Everee?
Yes. Vergo connects to Everee's public API for employee reimbursements. An administrator generates an API token in Everee's Integrations Hub and shares it with Vergo — no vendor involvement and nothing to install.
Can Vergo handle employee reimbursements through Everee?
Yes, and that is the whole scope. Approved claims are handed to Everee as payables against the right worker, and Everee includes them in that worker's next regular payroll automatically.
What data moves between Vergo and Everee?
Vergo reads the worker list to match claims to people, uses the Payables API and one-time payment batches for reimbursements, and consumes webhook events to track what Everee accepted.
How is the Everee connection set up?
An admin self-generates an API token in the Integrations Hub inside your Everee account. Everee is vendor-hosted, so there is no install step and no IT provisioning.
Does Everee handle expense claims on its own?
Everee's Payables API pays reimbursements through payroll, but the claim, receipt and approval still have to come from somewhere. Vergo is that layer: capture, policy check and approval happen before anything reaches Everee.
