Can Vergo post AP invoices into DELMIAworks?
Yes. Invoices are captured, coded, and approved in Vergo, then posted through the APInvoices and APInvoiceDetails endpoints, with vendors created or updated where needed.
What data syncs between Vergo and DELMIAworks?
Vergo reads GLAccounts, Vendors, ExpenseTypes, and GlExpenseAccounts, and posts general journal entries and batches, AP invoices and details, vendor records, and expense report headers and details.
What does setup require in an on-premise DELMIAworks environment?
Your IT confirms the WebAPI module license and enables API access once. Vergo then connects, reads your structure, and manages the integration — no development work on your side.
Does DELMIAworks have built-in expense management?
DELMIAworks has an expense reports module, but receipt capture, card feeds, and approvals still run by hand. Vergo automates that layer and posts the finished, coded result through the WebAPI.
