Yes. Vergo connects to CargoWise through eAdaptor, the XML query and push interface licensed to your instance, and posts coded spend into your CargoWise accounting records.

Yes. Vergo reads your job references, branches, and departments from CargoWise, and every transaction is coded to a job before it posts back.
What data syncs between Vergo and CargoWise?

What is required to connect CargoWise?
eAdaptor must be enabled on your CargoWise instance, and your team provides the endpoint and credentials. Many sites already run eAdaptor, in which case only credentials are needed.
Does CargoWise include expense management?
CargoWise records disbursements and job costs, but receipt capture, coding, and approval before the entry exists are manual. Vergo covers that and posts the completed entry.
