Yes. Vergo connects directly to the public BQE Core API and posts coded spend as expense entries, bills, and vendor bills. Nothing is needed from your team or from BQE.
Can Vergo code expenses to projects in BQE Core?
Yes. Vergo reads your projects from Core and codes every transaction to the right project and account as it happens, so billable costs reach the project record while the engagement is still open.
What data syncs between Vergo and BQE Core?
Vergo reads Accounts and Projects, and posts ExpenseEntry (single or batch), Bill, VendorBill, and Vendor records through the Core API, with reimbursable spend flagged using Core's own reimbursable field.
How long does the BQE Core connection take to set up?
Minutes. Core is hosted and its API is public and self-serve, so Vergo authenticates, reads your structure, and can post the same day.
Does BQE Core have built-in expense management?
Core has expense entry, but capturing receipts, coding card transactions, and running approvals still happens by hand. Vergo automates that layer and posts the finished entry into Core through the API.
