Does Vergo integrate with APS Payroll?
Yes. Vergo connects to the APS Payroll REST API once your account manager enables access, reads employee and department data, and prepares approved reimbursements in the import format the pay run expects.
Can Vergo pay employee reimbursements through APS Payroll?
Vergo collects, receipts, and approves the claims and prepares them as a pay-run import. APS still calculates and pays them — Vergo does not write into your APS payroll records.
What data moves between Vergo and APS Payroll?
Vergo reads the Employee and Company endpoints for census and department structure, plus pay and attendance data where relevant, and produces approved reimbursements as an import file for the pay run.
How long does the APS Payroll connection take to set up?
Access is customer-provisioned through your APS account manager, so timing depends on their turnaround. Once credentials exist, Vergo reads your census and department structure and claims code correctly from the first submission.
